I didn’t forget I knew I had to include Esperanza in this month’s list. I watched the Grammies, or this year the Lullabies, and Esperanza won the Grammy for best new artist, and rightfully so. Justin Bieber’s fans are so mad at her. But keep in mind the award is for best NEW artist. Justin Bieber’s been around awhile and plus, he already got a VMA for that. I also fell in love with Skylar Gray after she performed with Eminem and Dr. Dre, even though I couldn’t see her. That’s really rude, you couldn’t even make out who she was… I thought it was Avril Lavigne the whole time. Also, Janelle Monae performed with Bruno Mars and Bob, which was awesome because her performances are fun to watch. She’s so wild and cool. So here we go, my list for this month:

My playlist for this month. MIA released a new mixtape and I would like to make this playlist just all of her songs. best.mixtape.ever. However, I heard so many other good songs throughout the rest of December and in January. Pink is #1 because I saw the video for her song just today and it was so emotionally moving and inspiring. It was… perfect. Also, Kelis’ song “Brave” was awesome… a big change from her “Milkshake” days.

Homemade Bubble Goth Ring

Made as a tribute to Kerli and her new style of music, inspired by the Tea Party music video.

I used a Japanese eraser, dollar store rhinestones (for moonmarks) and a ring my friend gave me that she found on the floor of her car. Oh and I used hot glue and then AC Moore tacky glue for the rhinestones.

my apologies for the bad quality of the photo but you get the idea. It is a cake with a strawberry (and made of rubber). coolest things ever…

Asexual BFF Revival!!!!

I haven’t looked at Asexual BFF since Valentine’s Day, but I had decided to do it at a recent poetry reading… and the audience loved it! I finally got around to combining it with an original photo with mine by editing on Picnik as I always do nowadays.

And as my friend Adina has told me today, I haven’t made any new posts in a while. I have been working so much and I haven’t written in a while. But I’ve been inspired by so many things so I am planning to write some new poems and make some magic. Some serious, some for shits and giggles. give me some time guys.
